Bahan:
750 gr cumi–cumi ukuran sedang
8 lbr daun jeruk, iris tipis
2 btg serai, memarkan
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
2 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula merah
10 bh cabai rawit merah
2 sdm minyak untuk menumis

Haluskan:
5 bh bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
5 bh cabai merah

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, tambahkan daun jeruk, dan lengkuas, aduk rata.
2. Masukkan cumi, masak sampai cumi berubah warna.
3. Tambahkan kecap manis, gula, garam, dan air jeruk, aduk rata.
