Bahan:
1 ekor ikan gabus, ambil dagingnya, haluskan
1 btr kelapa, parut, sangrai
250 ml santan kental

Bumbu halus:
5 bh cabai merah
4 btr bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1 sdm ketumbar
1 sdt jintan
1 btg serai, memarkan
1 ruas jari lengkuas, memarkan
1 lbr daun salam
2 lbr daun jeruk purut
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Masak semua bumbu dengan santan, masukkan kelapa parut dan ikan asin gabus yang sudah dihaluskan. Masak sampai kering.
2. Tumbuk lagi agar jadi lebih halus. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

Untuk 4 porsi

Nilai gizi per porsi:
Energi: 104 Kkal
Protein: 25,8 gr
Lemak: 4,1 gr
Karbohidrat: 1,8 gr
